Length and width varies slightly because each one is handcrafted, not machine made .
They are approx. 5 inches long
and just shy of or right at 2 inches wide .
 
I have a variety of skillets and made them so they could be used on any of my skillets easily .
 
If you get them dirty , just toss in the laundry to wash and dry like all your other laundry .
 
*** Do not place on skillet and leave in oven - these were created for stove top use . 
*** Use caution just like you would with any other potholder on the stove.
